Allies has moved!

What you need to know

• All services are now available at 211 N. Whitfield St., including the clinic, Allies Pharmacy and case management services. The Penn Avenue location is closed.
• If you have an appointment with Allies in January, you will come to our new location at the 211 Tower, 211 N. Whitfield St., Suite 500. It’s just a couple of blocks from our previous location!
• If you have a question about your prescriptions or need a refill, please call our pharmacy at 412-643-3405.
• If you want to make an appointment or if you have a question for our clinic staff, please give us a call at 412-345-7456.
• If you are a client of Allies’ case management program and need food assistance, please contact your case manager. The Allies food pantry will fully reopen in March 2026.

When you arrive at Allies' new offices

You’ll need to be buzzed into our building to access Allies services. Please use the call box to reach our front desk. 

• Use the keypad to dial 500 and hit CALL if you are visiting the clinic or pharmacy.
• Dial 600 and hit CALL for the food pantry or to meet with your case manager. 

If your call is not answered, please call again.

When you enter the building, take the elevator to the fifth floor for clinic and pharmacy services. Ring the doorbell on the right side of the double doors, and the front desk staff will let you into the waiting room. For the food pantry or to meet with your case manager, please go to the sixth floor.

About the move

In December, Allies moved from its current location on Penn Avenue in East Liberty to the 211 Tower, 211 N. Whitfield St., just a couple of blocks away. The clinic and Allies Pharmacy are on the fifth floor, while the food pantry and administrative offices are on the sixth floor. 

The move gives Allies more space for its clinic and pharmacy as well as room to grow as needed.

As we settle into the new location, we ask that you have patience with us. It takes some time to get used to the flow of a new space, and we’re all learning how this works. If there is something that would make your experience at Allies better, please let us know! You can talk to your provider or case manager, our front desk staff or anyone on our team.

Features of the new location

The move gives Allies more space for its clinic and pharmacy as well as room to grow as needed, with an increased footprint of 25% for a total of 16,000 square feet. 

• Expanded Pharmacy: Larger pharmacy square footage will allow Allies Pharmacy to fill more prescriptions and serve more patients.  
• Increased Patient and Client Privacy: The redesigned space offers a pharmacy consultation room for patients to meet with a pharmacist to discuss new medications or to address questions the patient might have. Additional client meeting rooms allow for increased privacy as our case managers discuss sensitive topics with those in our care.  
• Additional Patient Rooms: We will increase our service capacity in the clinic with two additional patient rooms, allowing more patients to be seen at a time by clinical staff. 
• Patient Parking: There will be four dedicated spaces for Allies patients to park while they visit our offices.
